These are systems that remove calcium ( Ca ) and magnesium ( Mg ) ions in water, which cause hardness. For this reason, the softening system eliminates the hardness of the water and softens the drinking water, as well as improves its taste. The softening systems automatically perform regeneration processes on the scheduled day of the week, at the specified time, without any intervention. When the resin reaches saturation, it is regenerated with salt water and cleaned of calcium and magnesium ions.
