Aqualine UV systems carry out a disinfection process, acting on microorganisms, without adding chemicals or oxidants to the water.
Aqualine UV systems carry out a disinfection process, acting on microorganisms, without adding chemicals or oxidants to the water. An ultraviolet lamp placed inside a glass lid, similar to a tube, supplies UV light with a regulated dosage to the incoming water of the equipment. This ultraviolet light disrupts the DNA structure of microorganisms, making them ineffective. This provides a 99.9% average disinfection performance ratio.
In order to kill microorganisms with this system, ultraviolet light must hit them directly. For this reason, before water enters the ultraviolet system, parameters such as sediment, cloudiness must be removed from the water. It is recommended that a sand filter or cartridge filters be used before ultraviolet light.
Another thing to pay attention to in ultraviolet systems, the system should be as close as possible to the end area of use. In addition, the effluent from the system must not come into particular contact with the atmosphere and must be used without delay. Periodic maintenance is important to achieve good performance from ultraviolet units. Replacement of the UV lamp once a year and periodic cleaning of quartz glass depending on the quality of raw water. If this cleaning is not performed, the effect of UV light will be reduced and the power of the equipment will be reduced.

DESIGN CRITERIA
In all designs, the value of AKM is assumed to be lower than 50 mg / l and the design is made with 0.9 mm fiber.
Production flow rates for well water that has 15 NTU Turbidity 3 mg / l DOC value. The capacity of the feed pump will change for different turbidity values, so the production flows will change. Duration of operation and duration of dose adjusted during system introduction according to water analysis.
Alkalinity values of 250 mg / l CaCO3, conductivity 1000 us / cm, 20 centrifugal water temperature are accepted for chemical dosing pumps. The pumps are selected according to pH 2.5 - pH 12.
The required minimum flow rate and supply pressure are shown in the table.
For the UF160, 260, 360 series, the chassis will be made of compact carbon steel St-37 painted with epoxy resin.
For chassis of the UF460, 660, 860, 1060 series will be a Track UF + chassis for front pipelines st-37 epoxy painted carbon steel.
The gray water Aqualine UF series comes with the compact SS304 stainless steel housing.
For UF backwash tank product, the water tank is accepted for use in all devices.
The minimum required tank volumes are shown in the table.
Prices include stainless steel backwash pumps.
The product water tank is ordered by the customer.
PN10 PVC pipes used in all systems.
Automatic valves are pneumatic.
The water meters for the product will be of the flow type.
Glycerin manometers are used.
The chemical dosing pumps are the SEKO brand.
The Aqauline Professional and Gray Water devices use a PLC controller. (Operator panel is optional.)
For washing UF modules, manual washing systems are available as an option.
